Cinema Terms and Conditions

ALL people under 18 MUST be accompanied by either a parent or a step-parent or legal guardian

All cinema patrons must adhere to the Hervey Bay Boat Club's entry requirements. CLICK HERE for full details.

Online ticket sales incur a per ticket fee charged by the movie film distributor agent (currently $1.25)

ALL TICKETS are provided for GENERAL ADMISSION only. There is no reserved seating, once the cinema opens it is first in best dressed for seating. EG We cannot guarantee sitting next to each other
Tickets bought @ kids prices (14 or under) may also be required to verify age prior to entry
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL including Online tickets. Tickets are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE (Unless there is a cinema fault that stops the film from playing)

Accessibility:

There is a front door drop zone for 2 minute access
Disabled parking is available in our carpark just close to our front door
Our club is fully accessible with disabled toilets downstairs (most wheelchairs can also access the upstairs toilets)
The cinemas are located upstairs with a LIFT located next to the cinema entrance
Both Cinemas are wheelchair accessible
FREE ENTRY for Companions with Official Companion Card ID, whilst working.

Some movie specials may be as low as $7 for all people
SPECIAL PROMOTIONS such as concerts will usually be higher prices as set by the movie distribution company
Most SPECIAL PROMOTIONS are subject to NO FREE LIST conditions
